Dependent who are 18 years of age or older may create their own account. Navigate to your coverage tab from your Maple dashboard and follow the instructions to send an email invitation to them to create their own account.

Maple primary care providers are Canadian-licenses family/emergency room physicians (sometimes know as a general practitioner or GP) or nurse practitioners (NPs) qualified to diagnose and treat a variety of common health issues.

Your Maple account captures data from each of your interactions and also allows you to contribute your own medical data including vitals, pre-existing conditions, surgeries, immunizations, medications, lifestyle factors, etc. If you’d like, you can even share your data with your family doctor directly from your account.

You can access Maple through the Explore section of your MoneyUp Smart subscription, or directly login to Maple separately on your smartphone, tablet or computer. You can also download the Maple mobile app if you have an iOS or Android device. Maple is also available via any modern web browser.

Yes, Maple’s quick and convenient care access is available to your eligible dependents. Eligible depends are limited to those who would also be covered under your benefits, such as spouses and children.

Setting up your account takes less than 5 minutes! Just visit getmaple.ca/moneyup and enter your unique identifier in the verification field to confirm your eligibility. Your unique identifier is the email associated to your MoneyUp profile. You’ll then be asked to add a few details to setup your Maple account and create a password.

While some cases may be faster, please allow 5-7 business days to access your Maple health services.

To have access to Maple Health right after you have created your account, it may take 7-14 days days to be given access. If the time has passed and you still do not have access, please contact info@moneyup.com

Yes. If you choose not to proceed with your Smart subscription your access to Maple will discontinue following your cancellation with MoneyUp Smart.

Primary care providers on Maple can treat a variety of common health issues virtually. However, not all requests are suitable for virtual care. Al consultation requests on maple are reviewed by primary care providers who will assess your symptoms and medical history to determine if your medical issue can be safely treated through a virtual consultation. Maple should not be used for medical emergencies. If you believe you have a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Our primary care providers cannot legally prescribe narcotics or controlled drugs.
